Connecting to MOSHELL from external source

Is it possible to connect to MOSHELL from an external source (MS Excel, Web, etc) to retrieve ROP XMLs?

Hi I don't get your question.
Do you mean ROP XML from RNC?
If yes then as long as you know the RNC IP then you can just ftp the IP and go to RNC folder where RNC keeps the ROP XML file.
That's it, no need MOSHELL.

There is command to retrieve ROP files from the node using moshell (if you are connected), it is pmrf
Moshell can get ROP files and parsing it offline later by command pmr -l filename
