ADD - REMOVE NEIGHBOR CELL 2G/3G HUAWEI R14

Please I need information about how add and remove neighbor cells in BSC/RNC 6900 R14 HUAWEI.

For adding 3G neighbors at RNC:

1- Add the external utran cell if needed, ADD UEXT3GCELL:
2- Add the neighbor relation for the local cell, ADD UINTRAFREQNCELL:
3- Same configuration apply in the other RNC

For adding 2G neighbors at RNC:

1- Add the external GSM cell if needed, ADD UEXT2GCELL:
2- Add the neighbor relation for the local cell, ADD U2GNCELL::



For adding 3G neighbors at BSC:

1- Add the external utran cell if needed, ADD GEXT3GCELL:
2- Add the neighbor relation for the local cell, ADD G3GNCELL:


For adding 2G neighbors at BSC:

1- Add the external GSM cell if needed, ADD GEXT2GCELL:
2- Add the neighbor relation for the local cell, ADD G2GNCELL:
3- Same configuration apply in the other BSC

Usually this kind of task solves whith using of program tools (ultima forte, mentor, etc) which can generate scripts for execution... But sometimes it's more comfortable to add neghb cells manually using script generator. Don't forget to change RNC ID with your value... You can generate your own scripts using mine as template
