Cool Data Usage Of E******* RNC Decreses When Connecting to ZTE SGSN

Data Usage Of E******* RNC 3810 Decreases When Connected to ZTE SGSN. When Connected To E******* SGSN It is Good. Is There Any Parameter change Required At E******* RNC End??

RNC3810 Connected to ZTE SGSN and E******* SGSN on ATM mode. when connecting to E******* SGSN data usage is average 330 GB. but when same RNC is connecting to ZTE SGSN data usage average is 250 GB....

We were using 10 PDR with 2 STM on E******* SGSN. But utilization of PDR is too low around 5%. In case of ZTE SGSN we are using 8 PDR but usage is around 6 to 8%.

Previously this usage with ZTE SGSN was 150 GB initially. Then we ask ZTE SGSN team to match the ATM cells as per E******* RNC Sending. So when they made it equal Usage become 250 but still 70GB loss getting. As per ZTE SGSN Reports they are getting High RAB assignment Failure.

Our E******* RNC KPI is OK in terms of every thing.

So pls suggest for any parameter change at our RNC end to get match the usage with E******* SGSN.
