Radio Link Setup Request not Going towards ZTE RNC on Iur Link From E******* RNC 3810

Dear All,

I am Facing issue while on Iur For Speech Calls when E******* to ZTE Handovers Are happening Calls are getting Dropped. ZTE to E******* HO is OK.
RNC e******* is of 3810 P7 Version. All the External Cells are defined correctly. RNC is Under ATM Mode.

Please help As i am not able to Slve this issue from last 30 days.Even Iur Link all MO are up and Enabled. Please suggest If i need to check any paramter at RNC end.

Hi,

Core network Hard handover is activated? ( Check related parameters in RNC) also there is a internal parameter ( Just E/// team can see this parameters via their account) it is related to "relocation preparation time" you may increase this timer maybe.

This is working now when again make it true.
But how this parameter works here.because in other rnc this parameter cnhho is still disable but eeicsson to zte ho works.
