HCS and Qoffset in connected mode

Hi Guys,

Currently we are putting on Air U900 with existing U2100 (2 carriers). Idle strategy is based on HCS, but as main Traffic is coming from URA and CELL_FACH we are trying to set the same strategy of reselction in connected mode (URA and FACH) as well.

We have activated HCS in connected mode but we saw some DCR degradation. Now trying to set Qoffsets ==> HCS will be still used for Idle and Qoffset in CELL FACH and URA.

Do you confirm that Qoffsets are still being followed by cell reselection criteria in FACH and URA? I know that they are not used only in cell selection which may happen in state transition, but once on the selected cell we should perform reselection based on it right?

Smeone has already trialed to combine both HCS and Qoffsets?
