Default how to parse NSN binary counters

    Hello,

I have binary NSN counters that I need to parse. Unfortunately the network does not have NSN feature for converting it to text counters.
How can I parse the binary files ?

hi, what is it that you need to parse..? log counter files every hour ??
Ive never heard NSN releasing such info...
if you have NetAct you can do many things like selecting desired counters and make a automatic report be sent to your email... and many other posssibilities for you to work...

    best regards !

I need to parse statistics files (binary) every hour - for example number of blocks, drops etc..
these files are created in BSC and travel to OSS where it is inserted into DB.
What I need to do - is parse these files.
I need to do it without accessing DB.
