    Default Failed SDCCH while having enough resources

    Dears,

    Kindly advice
    about having failed SDCCH while static SDs & dynamic resources are enough and SD traffic doesn't exceed capacity limit of cell
    also we don't detect it in KPIs just user hear it in phone and complaint but KPIs of cell show perfect perfromance !!
