Migration of IuB from ATM to IP (FE)

Hi Experts

Im migrating one of the E/// NodeB RBS from ATM to IP and a unique error i have never encounter before appeared while loading the IPoverGigabit RBS modify .MO script file that says:

Function:
Create RBS pre controller

Failing Action:
Consistency check failed for CI=CabinetBasicCI

Additional info:
Both absolute time synch and gps out enable are not available are not allowed to be true at the same time

Any idea on modifications need to be done
