for cat4 please try Samsung GT-I9506 (Galaxy S4), Huawei E3276s-150 (FDD) Cat.4.

i have tems 15.3.4 and Huawei E3726s Modem, but its not detectable , is there any special procedure/software to connect it?

@kkyasir TI 15.3.4 is fully compatible but you need a "Hisilicon" license for Modem and TEMS.

and dont use tems 15.x connect hisi
tems 15.x connect hisi have bug
use tems 16.x best
