Aim of Model Tuning

It is interesting for me: what is aim for Model Tuning (for example for LTE)? Actually I cannot find its description in the internet.
If you have experience please share your skills with me, just theoretical information.

Hi,

if you talking about prediction model tuning, then there is no difference to UMTS or GSM prediction models. For prediction, the transmit power should be set to be equal to single RS symbol power. Then the prediction output would be RSRP. It should match measured RSRP value.
