2G Capacity Management Documents

Hi Experts,
It'll be appreciated if anyone can help me with documents which can teach me how 2G capacity Planning and its related interfaces (Abis, Ater, A-i/f, etc) can be monitored and extracted in Huawei equipments.

If I can get the counters which can show me the butilizationof these interfaces in M2000, i'll be glad.
