    Hi!

    Check settings of cable loss.
It is probably 0 (RRU), but you might keep some old value if RBS3000 was replaced by RBS6000/RRU.
In E///, they take cable loss into consideration, and all numbers are recalculated to antenna connector.
Thus, with wrong numbers you can get different results.

We also had cases where wrong numbers are due to equipment malfunction or bad connectors. But mostly it is incosistent parameters.

    S3C1 -103.2 -93.7 9.5 *3-1/RRUW-1/1 *3-1/RRUW-1/2
    S3C2 -103.9 -93.4 10.5 *3-1/RRUW-1/3 *3-1/RRUW-1/4

Check also standard deviation: it might reflect high EUL load on this or neighbor cell.

If only occurred in 1 sector this could be external interference or loos connector. Did you already check the network counters? if yes did this happen on a certain period only or this happened all day long?
