Random RRC connection getting established in TEMS

My HS Throughput is low and while testing on TEMs I can see random RRC connection getting established. can someone help me with it.

Here reestablishment means call are disconnected not dropped and then automatically reattempts.

The reattempts event may be Routing area update, registration etc.

you should check the reason for sending a new RRC Connection request
just check the contents of this message in your drive test
