Dear All,
I want to open this discussion about how to manage RF team and to reach target (Site acceptance or KPI Target) in hard environment and tough Operator.
According to my experience, it depends more on relationship than technical skills, if someone can share experience, it will be a good subject of discussion.

Relationship with whom? if you speak of relationship with team members it must be strong enough to create an environment of mutual trust. I personally know an RF team lead, very strong with technical knowledge however, he has been unable to gain the trust of his team members due to his personal behavior, way of managing the human resource.
Every team member wants respect and some authority to conduct his duties but he does not allow them to do so and it has been 3 years, he is facing difficulty in managing his senior team members and also does not have trust of his other team members.
