Abis mappinf for BTS

Dear members,

Need one help, for a E******* BTS we have mapped PCM links from two different path. How these should be mapped so BCCH can shift to 2nd PCM when first PCM is down on which currently BCCH is working so customer can continue to get services.

that would be easy,halted all the cell of the TG,then EXCUTE COMMND RXBLI,RXESE -> block the fist PCM ->RXESI,RXBLE->ACTIVATE CELL

I want that this should happen automatically i.e. whenever first PCM is down, site cells should not go down.
