TEMS Investigation 15.3.3 release
http://update.sdtems.com/TI/15.3.3/R...ouncement.html
Measure Broadband Wireless Network Throughput
and Latency More Efficiently
FTP, ping, and other conventional methods of testing available bandwidth in your wireless network may be sufficient for WCDMA and earlier generations of technology. However, for the most recent mobile telecom technologies, such as LTE and HSPA with their vastly higher data rates and complex configuration options, these traditional available bandwidth measurement (ABM) methods are no longer adequate.
Save time: UL/DL bandwidth and latency measurements can all be done on one drive-test route
Save bandwidth: Test with minimal intrusiveness on subscriber experience
Increase efficiency: Test different parts of your network in parallel using several Blixt servers

Re: TEMS Investigation 15.3.3 release
Other Enhancements
• Multiple scan configurations can be assigned to PCTel EX scanner (this was previously supported with MX scanners). This can be used in WCDMA CPICH scanning to distinguish a set of 4 UARFCNs for which the full range of IEs can be reported.
Corrected Bugs
• Scanning of uplink bands (GSM/WCDMA RSSI scan, spectrum scan) with PCTel EX+ scanner not working in TEMS Investigation 14.6.4.
• Incorrect decoding of PDSCH BLER reported by Hisilicon Ascend D2 TD-LTE phone.
• On activating USB tethering for a Samsung S4 phone, an ongoing PS data session run by a Sierra Wireless modem was interrupted. The modem was prevented from reconnecting to the network, and further data sessions could be conducted with the S4 phone only.
• Wrong value shown for LTE MME Group ID from Qualcomm chipset based device.
• Device IMEI missing in logfile.
• Not possible to scan LTE Band 41 channels with bandwidth 15 or 20 MHz using PCTel EXflex scanner.
• GPGGA messages from GPS/GLONASS receiver (MTK chipset) discarded by TEMS Investigation. – Maximum sentence length raised to allow messages with many decimals in parameter values.
• After handover from WCDMA to GSM, TEMS Investigation indicated idle mode although a CS voice call was in progress (Qualcomm chipset device).
Setup file.
