    hi freinds


    This tool will help to find

    1)Adjacent Channel
    2)Co-Channel
    3)Co-BCCH,BSIC
    3)Neighbor list
    4)Same hopping list Sectors(this will help if u are having 1*3 plan or Plans of schema/Nokia optimizer).

    Hey my freind no instruction on the database or the help for the tool. tool no use if no one can understand the workings... please include data base or refference for this thanks very many

    dear friend

    you can use this with any data base which have following Inputs

    1) Site data
    2) neighbor data
    3)Cell data

    ie if your using MIPT,MCOM the data is loaded in this format.

    Smart RF will work with this input datas...

    No need of sepaerte DB loading or having any special formats.

    how to used this file?only 1 file (smartRF_v3[1].0.MBX). and 20kB size.

    So your saying that to make the sites you need MIPT or MCOM then you can use this application. because i dont see any option in making, updating or editing sites on this application. add-on to other application, but mipt have this aready right? correct me if im wrong.


    how do you use this???? if you open it its just icon that searches " i dont know What?"

    I would like to convince you guys to make your own tools as it's not really hard as everyone thought.

    It's just a little confused once you kick off and it will turn to a piece of cake after a couple effort of doing job.

    However, the more complicated tool, the time consuming you need
