HSDPA Assigned but no PS services and high latency

Hi Experts

I noticed when doing tests that time to time mobile is in HSDPA and having HS-DSCH but no 3G PS service (no browsing, no streaming, ) but when i made the same test for another sector of the same site every thing is OK. this behavior is sporadic and vendor is NSN (RU30)

please advise?

Do you have any megamon log or tems log even better?
I think that maybe we have same issue.
What exactly SW version of RNC/WBTS of RU30 you have?

We have RU30. WBTS and RNC SW Version are as follows WBTS : WN7.0_2.0 and for RNC : RN6.0_2.0

Hi Taki,

We have faced issue when you have download whle driving HS-DSCH throughput wend to 0 or close to 0 for 10-15 sec and as I move to another sector It is restored back to normal values.
I have opened ticket to NSN and waiting for resolution. The problem is not so frequent but it degrades overall throughput performances during benchmark tests.
I am not sure if it exactly same behavior that is why i asked for some drive tests logs to check.
