Users number in one cell

Hi,

To calculate the total users number in one cell I use this formula



[Max Number of including only CS users in the best cell]+[Max Number of including only PS users in the best cel]+[Max Number of including only HSDPA + HSUPA users in the best cell]+[Max Number of including only CS users in the non-best cell]+[Max Number of including only PS users in the non-best cell]+[Max Number of including only HSUPA users in the non-best cell]

Is this correct?
