How to Convert Mentum Planet Format to Asset Format

Hi friends, need a help

For a years, I always working with Asset since vers3 until 7. Really familiar with all option....
Recently i have task to tuned model, unfortunately they using Mentum Plannet 5.3, and doesn't have Tuned module. So I want to use Planet Map (grc files) and load it to my Asset 6. I have try some tools (such as Global Mapper etc) but it's wont work.

Is there any tools or way to load Mentum Planet Grc files into Asset format(which need index and menu, grc doesn't provide this) Really really appreciate if someone can help me solve this!! Cheeeers!

It's one of the powertools of asset
