you can use Glink (which is a default tool in Mapinfo) as GE convertor.
The hidden hint is that, if you use the tool directly, your file will be converted as JPG, first select the area, points,....(layer)that you want to convert, then click on the GLINK, a pop up window apears that shows you will export as an KML file, click OK, then another pop up window apears, choose the lable for your points, and click OK..... you have the result in GE.
what is the advantages on MI2Google? whenever you clcik on your points in GE, a pop up window apear to give you more info regarding that point, for example, if your first table include site name, city and, RNC/BSC name, and you have enable site ID as an permanent label, whenever you click on the site point in GE, city and RNC/BSC name will appear as well.
