    How can we check cpich power in LTE
    Is it similar to UMTS ?

    PCPICH is the pilot channel in UMTS. If you want to refer to Pilot in LTE you should know that is called Reference Signal. Try to play with the RS and PDSCH (related with RS pwr). Be aware that there are differences depending on the config (SISO, MIMO).

    There is no CPICH in LTE
    The equivalent is Reference Signals (RS ) that are spread in time and frequency
    The measurement that are used are RSRP for the power of the RS and RSRQ for the quality of the RS
