TRX priority for traffic load

Hi, Is there anybody who has idea how TRX can be given priority in traffic allocation in case we have of course more than 1 trx in a cell. I tried by SET GTRXDEV:IDTYPE=BYID,OPTL=L1;, but it turned out there are much more variables which are important for evaluating of TRX priority before TCH assignment. Does anybody have some kind of documents describing the procedure? Thank you very much in advance!!!

In E******* with CSPSALLOC u can specify traffic from hopping to non-hopping channel group for PS and CS. It is part of channel allocation strategy . Please try to find relevant parameter in Huawei .
