I hope you got your issue solved. I saw that you did reach to our support on this issue also.
What happened was that we allow user to transfer licenses at free of charge between any phones...however whenever license is used it is used for 24 hours. So you will have to wait for 24 hours to pass before you can utilize the same license in new phone.
Our tech support team manually released your license so that should got you going without having to wait for license to free up.
