Hi,
I'm working with TEMS as well. Version 15 came with a tremendous amount of bugs... really a huge load. Ascom promises a lot with 15.3, however they communicated clearly that some of the major bugs will not be solved in 15.3. So I'm staying downgraded to 14.6.5 until they release something that makes sense - I don't trust anything 15 records or exports (and I don't want to get started on Discovery which is more or less useless).

No, Discovery maybe among the best tools as Actix, friends.
