Latest Oracle version working with Aircom

Maybe a noob question, but what is the latest version of oracle working with Aircom 7/8 32-bit/64-bit that is downloadable. As per Oracle website "Oracle Database 10.2 and 11.1 are no longer available for download". Any alternate links for downloading 11.1.0.6 or any version that works with AI 7/8.

I searched the net for it (11.1), unfortunately there is no link,
have you tried 11.2 ? logically it should work,
