HSDPA failures due to UE increased in RU30

Hi experts,

After upgrade to RU30 we noticed an increase in the counter SETUP_FAIL_UE_HS_DSCH_INT in one RNC.

Has anyone experienced anything similar and did you find the root cause?

Please tell me exact WN and RN sw version you have at the moment?

Hi ,

In RU30 we have direct transition from cell_DCH to cell_PCH.
Some UEs can failed to move back from cell_PCH to cell_DCH based on TV_indicator in cell update message ( if TV is true ).
There are updates RN6.0.2.4 released few weeks ago which solves that issue.
Anyway I think that SW you have is old one and you should move o WN7.0.2.3/RN6.0.2.4. due to many other reasons :-)
