RRC Connection request last value after T300 Expiry

Hi all,

I'm trying to create query which will calculate last RRC connection request after T300 expiry.

To put in nutshell I don't want to have RRC Connection Success Rate formula with repeated RRC Requests which will definitely will be wrong.

Can you help me out to count last value of RRC Connection request in one call attempt (i.e. same transaction identifier of RRC message)

because I think for e******* system the counter that calculate the number of rrc connection request,take just the last rrc connection request
