The reason for this decision is due to the fact that he has published a file posted by DCA , in the forbidden city , outside of this section.

really so bad as ali56s is so good guy and he help many guys and for many ways

for 5 years he was good member so please if he did any mistake about i am sure he didnt mean it
please administrator and moderators forgive him as he didnt thought that mapinfo is so important so didnt check it and he already have 1700 rep not need more rep to post med of mapinfo and get more so he made mistake but not mean it

i talked with him and he informed me he did mistake and it was no need for this mistake as he have 1700 rep

I am so sorry for that...
The rules are rules for everybody. We all know which is the reason why the "documents" are posted in Forbidden City and why these can not be out from this section... If someone wants documents from Forbidden, I'm sure there is another way to do it.

3.1 - publicize ( without the owner permission) the med, some copyright or highly confidential material posted in forbidden city to other box in finetopix
is banned will be for 3 months
but i think with this member banning will be less for his best service if we will not be able to forgive him
and mistake can happen with anything
Please Mr.DCA help him, ali56s told me he sent you pm told you he is very sorry

by the way i am interest about ali56s first thing he is very very sorry and he asked me to let all see he is so sorry
and he is waitting time by time to remove banning
second he helped me many times

I think there should be some respect to VIP or Senior members ; Common guys do not treat as a dictators in your decisions all humans can make mistakes ; Some times close your eyes to small mistakes as his mistake was not such a severe ; be Kind and keep the environment friendly it will bring more friendship and strength ; Give him second chance as all we need chance ; It can happen for you also (Maybe not in forum but in some other community, etc )

I am also in agreement with friend val2032, we're everyone sorry for ali56s, but if our great Forum has not yet been closed is because we respect the rules. without rules we would have very little life again .... no rules..... the death of the site.

I agree with Zeuscane about applying banning for this kind of action especially with a VIP member. we dont think that, applying banning to any member can bring some interesting, but the rules are necessary to be applied.
In this case, a VIP member, the banning should be a year.

If he thinks finetopix is useful for him, he can register a new account and start contributing to finetopix. Since people have known him, if he is a good guy i;m sure he will help others as usual (no need a VIP member).
