BSC6000 EDGE problem with external PCU

Hi,
I have a query about BSC6000 and PCU6000. Previously my network has BSC6000 (V9R8) with external PCU. Recently The BSC is upgraded to BSC6900 (V9R11). Just after the upgrade, the subscriber are facing EDGE problem (they dont receive CS paging while using PS service). Thus subscriber remain unavailable when called during PS usage. Apparently, this problem was not present before the upgrade (in BSC6000).

My question is what could be the reason for this sudden problem? Is there anything to do with the upgrade process? Should we fallback to the BSC6000?

Check parameter BSS paging co-ordination if it is activate ? If not activated it will solve your problem as well make sure on BSC you have license otherwise will not work .
