• UMTS post launch 1^st level operation services engineer
• • Event Management: Alarm handling, Operator’s CRM call handling, Assess customers complaints
• 1st level Incident Management: Problem management early initiation, Incident notification and status reporting
• Change execution support: Monitor change impacted resource & services, Go/No go decision support
• 1^st Level Maintenance Execution: Backup and Restore, Storage and Archive, Regular backup testing,
• Remote Site Access Control: Control Site Access, Maintain Site Access Log, Access Request Escalation
• 1st Level Legal request Execution: Emergency Call Tracing, Right of Way Handling
• Billing Operations: Monitor System Capacity and Performance, Execute Preventive Maintenance Initiate, monitor and terminate billing processes
• KPI Reporting: Extract KPI Information; Prepare KPI Report, Initial Analysis
• Site Access • Control Work order Management (SPOC Dispatch function) : Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent and 3 years relevant experience or Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent and 5 years relevant experience • Must have experience in mobile radio propagation aspects through working on three of the following technologies – GSM/GPRS, CDMA/1xRTT, UMTS, EVDO, HSPA or LTE. • Must have working experience on –E******* equipment.
