What do you mean by "Inconsistency check"? What do you like to check?

"Inconsistency check" is to check any Inconsistency that you may find in Network Confuguration ( means the parameter of the Network ) and can be performed By Software/Macros or By OSS in Huawei (iManeger) E******* (OSS - RC).

Try FMA. It can compare 2 MML. It will give red underline if some parameters are different each others.
