MOS divide 5 class :
1 .( excellent ) min >= 3.5 max <=5
2 . (Good ) min >=2.7 max <=3.5
3. ( Fair) min >= 2.1 max <=2.7
4. (Poor) min >= 1.5 max <=2.1
5. (Bad) min >= max <=1.5
regard to GSM : when Rxlev >= -80 dBm ,Rxquality <= 1 , active AMR set full rate => max MOS only 3.8.
