HSUPA power levels in the RNC

Could you, 3g experts give me some info/advice regarding the power levels for the hsupa channels ..Any info regarding this will be really helpful.

Please note to give some points to my post, as i am also looking to download the hsupa book training books from library and donot have enough credits
