Dears,
can anyone help me in making LTE .xml cellfile. I will appreciate that cuz I have 2G cell file and many features is not working probably like serving and neighbor cell lines

I am using TEMS investigation 14.2

Under your tems investigation directory you have a folder XML Schema and there you have a file named CellFileLteExample.xml.(based on my tems 13 )
Edit it and you will see the fields and you can make the cell file.
Hope it helps because I didn't had the chance to work with LTE yet
