I can't start WEB LCT.

try use IE9 , stop FW use WIN7 64

Works on me on Win7 x64 but with IE9 only.
It works with Chrome too but i miss some icons. IE9 works fine.

Now it works. After update of IE, Java, stop FW, disable Pop-Up Blocker, etc.

Yeap! I forgot to mention that you have to lower the security settings on IE9, if you don't the explorer windows will not pop up. I had the same problem but now i use it many times during the day without the slightest problem.
