No Circuit/Channel Available for one BSC (2G) for few hour

The core team confirmed that resources were available but BSC rejected huge number of calls after Call Proceeding. The Call attempt duration is between 1.2 to 1.5 sec mostly. There is no congestion on switch side. How can I check MSC queuing timers? Any suggestion/recommendations

BSC had no alarms or problems also. The most surprizing thing is that the issue is with Originating Calls only. there is no issue with terminating calls.

Issue is resolved. There was a one way blocked circuits to BSC. MSC view all circuits has blocked circuits. It is resolved after links were reset.
