The scope of works are:
1. Analyzing the network counters/KPIs and identifying the root causes of performance issues and reporting
2. 3G and FDD LTE UE log analysis and providing the throughput performance improvement.
3. Technical consulting for multi layered 3G and LTE networks planning.

The contract period is basically 6 months and can be extended. He or she will work in Tokyo, Japan.
