This document describes the initial configuration of an eNodeB at the initial phase of network deployment, which is performed on the Configuration Management Express (CME) or by using man-machine language (MML) commands. After the initial configuration, the eNodeB can be deployed by commissioning the eNodeB. In this situation, the eNodeB can work properly and provide basic services.
