Senior Transmission Expert Required

Hello,

I am looking for a Senior Transmission Expert Required, 3 months extendable, in Vietnam. VISA sponsored.
The successful candidate must have strong experience in these 2 main sections:
1. IP: IP-based transmission for UMTS network, understand transmission protocols and parameters for Iub, Iucs, Iups, Iur on IP-based platform, do the design and optimization for IP/MPLS, VLAN, Clustering, QoS, capacity dimensioning, traffic profile descriptions, KPIs evaluation, make plan for IP migration. Solid experience on Metro Ethernet and IP radios.
2. CONNECT: Aircom CONNECT required (and/or Pathloss, Mapinfo) for physical transmission network (Fibre, Microwave) topology management and design.
