Huawei LTE/EV-DO phone unlock for driving test.

I'm trying to use a huawei M931 (800MHz EV-DO / LTE 1900 MHz) for a test with a driving test android application. Huawei staff recently delivered us a phone from metropcs unlocked (I intend to use the phone on another provider with the same frequencies in both EV-DO and LTE).

Supposedly they have a proprietary application that can unlock your mobile UICC slot.

Does anyone have information about this?
It would be of great help if someone could share some application to unlock huawei terminals.
