SRM1000 How to adjust the power in software

Does anybody know how to adjust the power in SRM1000 Simoco Fault find tool? Is it the TX Power option that shall be changed, and is it only that option and nothing more that needs to be done in order to change the power output?
And is the programming still in the radio after the power adjustment or does the radio need a new programming and/or alignment?
