not receiving paging new LTE phones

anyone testing new android phones ?
we are having trouble. some of them cannot receive calls... is anyone heard of this problem or any possible solution

1-these problems is for in proccess attachedcombined the core side doesn´t sent a TMSI valid and did not find the mobile,change parameters to sent valid TMSI.
2-check TAC/LAC consistency.
3- consistency check of MME configuration.
