Help! - Second carrier deployment

Does anybody have a presentation or a document with a tutorial or parameters to be considered when deploying a second carrier in NSN?

Hi man, which version are you working on ? I have sort of "old" material (RU10 & RU20) but can find a lot of trainnings within the forum (for instance: http://www.finetopix.com/showthread....ighlight=ranop).
Look for RANOP, RANPAR, RPESS, RPLS courses
Second carrier guideline is attached, that is the only one I have around at this time. If helpfull, let me know as it reads in the signature.
