    Question Number of successful RLs set up at lub interface in cell problelm

    Dear Huawei experts,

    When analyzing the number of successful RLs set up at lub interface in cell, I notice the following :

    • VS.IUB.AttRLSetup > VS.IUB.SuccRLSetup, only for all FDDs of the 3rd sector. it's ok for the other sectors.

    • No Iub congestion in the site.
    • No degradation of the KPIs (CSSR and CDR PS and CS)


    Could you please explain to me the reasons behind these "fails". What could the impact of such a behavior ?
