HUAWEI 3900B

Hello:
In my project due to new sites installation limitations we are installing many PICO GSM cells Huawei BTS3900B, most of this new sites are for VIP's so are installed in their homes, the problem is that I have seen that nearly all of that new sites are reporting interference band 3, using the Huawei LMT, Monitor Channel Interference Band.
The first time I saw the problem I thought that it was a planing mistake so I reported it to the planning department, but now that i saw the same in many sites I'm thinking that it can be something else, everybody can have a mistake but to have interference in all sites is not a mistake; and the equipments are inside the homes without external antenna so to have interference must be very strong and after the installation there is a drive test and checkings.
Anyone has a similar situation???
