Call setup time for 2G & 3G

Hi,
Appreciate if you could share what is the call setup time for Huawei 2G & 3G network. Is there any feature to improve the call setup time for both 2G & 3G
Please do share ani info or document.

After we launched 3G we observed that for 3G the call setup time is 3-4Sec while for 2G its 5-6sec.

Hi

the call setup time is the process from channel req to alerting it include:
1- immediate assignement process (SD assig)
2- assignement process (TCH assig)
for this the best solution to decrease the call setup time is to remove the interferences specially on BCCH TRX /SD TRX
