Carry CHL handguns onsite for safety?

Hi guys,

I am working in Texas, USA. and thinking of getting a CHL and purchase a concealed handgun for personal saefty, especially working alone on remote cell sites in Maintenance Window. (a tripple threat)

I know lots of guys do it, but they are quiet about it.
It is very much a dont ask, dont tell policy

It is important for us techs to understand its Legality

1) Is it legal to carry licensed handguns onto cell sites that are in Goverment FCC property?
2) What about sites that are on private property?
3) What if you are allowed to carry in your vehicle, but is driving through a FCC/or private property?
4) I have not seen a cellsite with "No weapons allowed" posted. Does it mean I can carry?
