DL Power Utilization

Hi Friends,

Is there any counter/KPI to check DL Power utilization for 3G Huawei?
We have RAB/RRC Power congestion but we want to see the DL power utilization so that we can plan solution before power congestion occurs.

TCP is used to assess thedownlink power consumption:
Total TCP Utility Ratio = Total Mean TCP/Configured Total Cell TCP
R99 TCP Utility Ratio = R99 Mean TCP / Configured Total Cell TCP

R99 Mean TCP uses counter VS.MeanTCP.NonHS
Total Mean TCP uses counter VS.MeanTCP
Configured Total Cell TCP is from configuration file.(Max Tx power)
