Time synchonization failure

hello:
After setting the Ipclock configuration in many nb's, I have found this alarm in some of them (Time synchonization failure), does anyone knows how to clear it?
I have checked all parameters, Iplinks, Ipclock.. etc and all is correct but the alarm is there.
